The place to be

Yesterday I heard on NPR that the man who wrote the theme to Green Acres and the Addams family died. They played these songs on air and I don't think I had ever heard the Green Acres theme. I did, however, recognize it as the music to a very raunchy rap song by Easy-E (that was popular when I was in high school).

I brought this up to Jason and actually sang the song (lyrics are not suitable to repeat), "do you remember this song?" I asked him. He says, "kind of". So I go on to tell him it's the Green Acres theme. He says, "well, yeah I knew that."

Green Acres is the place to be.......am I the only one who didn't know that?
